• Airfare, train fare, visa fee or insurance unless specifically mentioned.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, tips, telephone calls, mini bar and room service.
• Entry tickets, guide charges, adventure activities or optional tours unless mentioned.
• · Guide & Entrance fees during sightseeing.
• Anything not mentioned under inclusions.
• · Coolie/Porter charges, Camera charges, Donations at temples.
• · Extended stay or travelling due to any reason.
• · Optional tours and extra meals other than those specified in ‘Tour Cost Includes’
• · 05% GST extra & 2% TCS in case of international tour

Payment Policy

• Package confirmation is subject to advance / Full payment and room availability.
• Balance payment must be completed before travel date or as per company policy.
• Rates may change until booking is confirmed.
• Payment- A Booking with 50% Advance of Total Tour Cost is a pre-condition and
• Remaining 50% has to be paid at least 30 days in advance of Scheduled Date of Departure.
• If the Booking is made in less than 30 Days of Scheduled Date of Departure, the entire amount of tour cost must be paid at the time of Booking.

Payment will be made only by way of cheque Drawn/payable at Nashik /NEFT in the name of “Madhu Hospitality Services Pvt Ltd.” Bank details given separately for NEFT.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation charges will apply as per hotel, transport and supplier policies.
• No refund will be applicable for no-show, early check-out or unused services.
• Cancellation requests must be shared in writing.

General Cancellation Policy:

• · Prior to 45 days or more - 25% of tour cost
• · Between 44-31 days of departure - 50% of tour cost
• · Between 30-15 days of departure - 75% of tour cost
• · Less than 15 days before departure - 100% of the tour Cost.
• · In case of no show - 100%

• Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking as per the availability of the hotels, the quotation may change, kindly note the same
• Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings will apply.
• Vehicle will be provided as per itinerary and will not be at disposal unless mentioned.
• Final vouchers will be shared after full payment and booking confirmation.
• Government taxes or entry rules may change without prior notice.
• ·Above rates are not valid during festive period (Dev Diwali / Christmas / New year)
• · In case of change in tax structure new policy will be applicable.
• This quote is valid for 7 days only.
• Rooms mentioned at all Hill Stations like (Munnar, Thekkady, Ooty, Wayanad, Kodaikanal etc or any other places ) are generally Non A/c, Otherwise specified.
• Vehicle at disposable from 8 AM to 8 PM as per above itinerary. Any additional sightseeing will be charged extra.
• Hotels will provide either extra Mattress or extra bed as per the Hotel Policy and availability, in case applicable in the package.
• The food service at respective hotels depends on hotel occupancy. In case of low occupancy a Set Menu for a fixed price will be provided by the hotel as per your chosen food plan.
• · Early check in / Late check out would be subject to availability and at sole discretion of hotel·
• All booking vouchers and tickets will be provided 24-36 hours days before departure

The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check into this hotel(s).

All Guests/Tourist must carry their own Indian Government approved personal valid identity proof like Passport, Adhar Card, Driving License etc. It is necessary to present at the reception of the hotel at the time of check in/as per hotel demands as per the Indian Govt. Rules and regulations.
The selected hotel/STAR (*) rating of mentioned hotel is based on reputed websites like `Trip advisor` or hotel`s official website. We suggest to all our clients to check such hotels/websites before confirming the package/hotel. MHS Holidays/Sai Sahara Tours and Travels will not be held responsible for any deviations on expectations after check in at the hotel. If hotel does not provide services to the expectation of customer, MHS Holidays/Sai Sahara Tours and Travels shall not be held responsible for the same. We request all our customers to look at the reviews of hotel before booking the package.
Mhs Holidays will be not responsible if you do not present the valid id proof at the time of check in at hotel/flight. They (service provider) have rights to cancel your booking.Mhs Holidays is worked as mediator between clients/Tourist and service provider like hotels/transport providers, not responsible for any quality of the service given by service providers.

Government tax will be as applicable. No refund will be granted on cancellation of hotel/package/ ticketing.Pre reservation is required and full payment for the confirmation of the booking.

Mhs Holidaysl will not be responsible for any loss or damage to a person (life body) or Property, luggage etc. of the tourist due to an accident, theft, or other mishap/unforeseen reasons. Travelers must take care of his/her belongings their own.

Generally, camera and electronics things are not permitted to the monument/ historical places. Only permission-able things are to carry inside the same.

Any type of issue will try to be resolved then and there on the immediate intimation, after the completion of the tour it cannot be entertained.

Note: In the event of any dispute, the dispute shall be referred to the sole arbitrator to be appointed by MHS Holidays in Nashik and the matter shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of Nashik Courts only.

All the tourist must abide by the rules and regulation of the company.
